The Second International Conference on Open AI (OAI 2025) aims to bring together researchers and professionals to exchange ideas on the advancement of computional intelligence and Open AI and its applications in various fields. In this three-days conference, authors of regular papers and invited speaker will present the cutting-edge development in the field.
We look forward for significant contributions to all major fields of the artificial intelligence, machine learning, soft computing and related fields. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share their experience and knowledge. It provides opportunities for academicians and scientists along-with professionals, policymakers and practitioners from various fields in a global realm to present their research contributions and views, on one forum and interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.
All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The papers will be chosen for final presentation based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. Authors of accepted papers must give oral presentation of their paper(s) at the conference. The presented papers will be published in SCI-E/Scopus/ESCI indexed journals. All papers must be formatted and at least one author of accepted papers must register to the conference as presenter in order to appear in the selected journal.

Review & Publications
Review Process
- Each paper will be reviewed by three reviewers.
- Plagisrism report must not exceed 15% .
- All papers must be written in English.
Publishing & Indexing
At least 1 author of accepted papers must be registered to the conference as presenter in order to publish the papers in one of the following journal.
1. Acta Info.
2. SN Comp Sci.
3. Disc. Appl. Sci.
4. Disc. Sustain.
5. More comming soon.
The papers must be formated according to the selected journal. Papers not submitted in the correct format will not be submitted for publication. These journals are indexed in various Abstracting and Indexing services such as Scopus/SCIE/ESCI.
Registration - Fee
Author registration is compulsory for presentation and publication. Registration should be done and must be sent to given email address. The delegates are welcome to attend the conference without paper submission provided that an appropriate participant registration fee have been paid.
Late Registration fee will be applied to authors who failed to pay the registration fee within one month of acceptance of the paper.

For more than one paper, author need to pay same amount as mentioned above for each paper.
Credit Card Transfer and other related fees must be paid by the registrant (please verify carefully during the Transfer payment that all costs are charged to you). Invoices are provided on request.
Payments
NOTE: For author registration, online payment links will be provided to the corresponding author. Authors can use their credit/debit cards to pay using the provided link.
Payments through other means are not accepted.
